We are proud to present this beautiful and unique line of home decor art. Ne Qwa artists create every design by using the centuries-old tradition of painting on the inside of mouth-blown glass. An artist signature and the Ne Qwa logo, etched into the glass, authenticates every piece.
I got to see a Ne Qwa artist at a trade show displaying the method used to paint a scene inside a glass ball. It would be hard enough to paint a scene on the outside but to paint it from the inside boggles the mind as you have to paint in reverse and think of what colors go on first as the second colors aren't seen from the outside except where there isn't already paint. I suppose once you are trained to think that way it gets easier but it is still remarkable to watch.
